So 'Dam' good...

Work on one of the finest Regency waterparks in Britain and the largest lake restoration project in Wales attracted a visit from the British Dam Society this month.  Director Damian McGettrick presented progress on the dam construction followed by a site tour.  The dam at Llyn Mawr is the largest of the necklace of seven lakes which form part of William Paxton’s 19th Century historic landscape and is being reconstructed to comply with the Reservoirs Act.
