Working with conservation company Skillingtons, the works included the installation of flood mitigation technology (AquaDams) to create a temporary dam for the dry work areas and the construction of a new weir structure. This innovation minimised disturbance, offered an environmentally sustainable solution, sensitive to the heritage site and reducing traffic movements.
